Art, through its many forms is a form of yoga and meditation. It helps to settle the mind's activities and leave us deeply touched and reconnected to the most essential part of ourselves. It's a thread we can follow to explore our material nature, helping us to feel rooted and grounded from which we have the inspiration to weave our being into the tapestry of a nurturing culture.
